What do we do?
First and foremost we listen. We listen to what you want and where you want to be. We then listen to where you feel you are at the moment. Diet, current activity level, stress, lifestyle all get taken into account when advising on the next step.
From what you’ve said we’ll then advise on the best way to go about getting to where you want to be. You’ll get help with your diet, exercise, supplements if we feel they’ll help, and ways to help improve life in general.
Although we charge by the hour you get so much more for your money than just an hour PT session.

Absolutely anyone. We can help with any aspect of health and fitness.

Where would we workout?
We can train you in your gym (if they’ll let us), in the park, in your home, at work. You only need a surprisingly small amount of space to get a good workout done.
How long do we need to train?
A typical sessions is an hour but sessions can range from 30mins anywhere up to a few hours. There’s no minimum term either so you can train for 1 week or a year. Just give us a ring when you want to train.
